These terms cover your use of Candyverse Lab, a free, offline match & merge game for iOS. By playing, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1Acceptance
Using Candyverse Lab means you accept these terms. They apply to everyone who plays the app. If any part does not work for you, the right choice is simply not to use it.
2License to play
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Candyverse Lab for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. The app is made for enjoyment, not for resale or business use.
3Sprinkles, Glimmer & in-game items
Sprinkles, Glimmer, boosters, ingredients, stars, house sweets, and Ribbons are earned through play only. They exist solely inside the game and have no real-world value. They cannot be purchased, sold, traded, or exchanged for anything of value, and they may be reset if you clear your progress or delete the app. Candyverse Lab has nothing to buy and no real-world purchases of any kind.
4Acceptable use
Please do not reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, cheat, or otherwise modify the app, and do not redistribute it or pass it off as your own. Candyverse Lab is meant for ordinary, personal play.
5Intellectual property
Candyverse Lab and all of its art, characters (including Marzi), audio, text, and code belong to the developer. This license lets you play the game; it does not transfer ownership of any part of it to you.
6Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
7Children
Candyverse Lab is family-friendly and suitable for a general audience. It collects no personal data from anyone.
8Changes to these terms
